C.G. Conn art deco sax stands circa 1934

Here is a set of original wood art deco dealer display stands for woodwind instruments. These were made to precisely fit the “new” Conn 6M and 10M or Connqueror instruments that were introduced by C.G. Conn in 1934. If you go to the CG Conn¬†factory film from 1934 posted on saxophone.org you can see some brass stands as they were used back in the day. Talk about style mixed with craftsmanship. These stands along with their instruments are a lasting testiment to a time when quality really was the moniker of the day. Thanks to Mark Metzler of Elkhart, IN for offering these stands for sale to the Saxquest saxophone museum.
