This is a vintage Otto Link “Early Babbitt” Super Tone Master 7* metal mouthpiece for alto sax. The mouthpiece is in great shape showing some standard play wear. The outer body, shank and black bite plate are all in great shape as well. These pieces feature a wide open inner throat leading into rounded inner side walls and a notable baffle slope. In comparison to the earlier Florida USA pieces these do play with a little bit more edge and brilliance.
The tip opening on this mouthpiece is .088”.
