This is a Ted Klum FocusTone metal mouthpiece for tenor saxophone in a .104” facing. The FocusTone is an ideal mouthpiece if you are looking for the classic metal Otto Link in a more consistent and modern format.
This particular piece has been used in the past and does have some light scratches and other cosmetic wear. Its black bite plate is in pristine condition. The table, tip and side rails are in excellent condition. This mouthpiece measures .104”.
