This is an older series Ralph Morgan hard rubber mouthpiece for the alto sax, serial number 21782. Cosmetically, there’s some minor nicks in the body and one in the beak, as well as a groove in the beak from a previous player’s teeth. Unfortunately there’s also some deep scratches inside the mouthpiece, which obviously change the way the piece would play from the factory. The piece is stamped a 7L (large chamber) with tip measuring .085”.
