Hard Rubber Meyer 5M Medium Chamber Tenor Sax Mouthpiece
This is an older hard rubber Meyer mouthpiece for the tenor sax. This piece is stamped a 5M with medium chamber, and measures .077”. The facing is all original. This piece has ligature scratches around its body and some teeth scuffing/wear on the beak, but no deep indentations. There is one small nick in the tip rail on the right side near the side rail, as seen in the photos, but the piece still seems to play ok. The older hard rubber has oxidized with time to a darker brown color, but that is purely cosmetic, and evidence of the quality hard rubber content.
