This is a great deal on a used Antigua Winds soprano sax in gold lacquer, serial number 0107230. This soprano has never been played all that hard in its life and is still in superb shape. If you've been wanting to add a good playing soprano to the collection without breaking the bank, you can't go wrong.

As you can see in the photos, the original lacquer coverage is still in tremendous shape with only minor scratching/wear here and there. There are dents/dings/resolders or any previous damages/repairs of any kind. Everything looks great top to bottom. Even the pads are still in like-new condition (with metal resonators) and have years of life ahead of them. The action is feeling a bit broken in, so to make sure it is good for you for a long time to come, we're going to complete a fresh pro set up on the sax before shipping. We'll replace all factory key corks and felts, tighten up the action, optimize spring tensions and key heights, clean and reseat pads, and have it feeling as good or better than the day it left the factory.

This soprano plays with a strong, brighter modern sound, and takes your air very quickly. Free blowing as they come! With the work we'll do to put this horn in perfect playing shape, $1500 is a bargain and I don't expect this sax to be here for long! Ships in its original hard case.
