First series Eugene Rousseau Jazz Model alto saxophone mouthpiece in very nice shape. The piece is stamped a JDX7 and is all original, with tip measuring .093”. It’s on the larger side for alto, but with the piece’s high baffle design, it takes your air very efficiently and isn’t hard to blow. The piece shows light surface scuffing and cosmetic wear but no cracks, deep scratches, or teeth wear on the beak. Tip and rails are in pristine shape. A brighter sounding mouthpiece with edge, for players looking for that kind of tone.
