Exc Condition Meyer Bros New York Alto Sax Mouthpiece - Refaced to an 8

This is a classic hard rubber New York vintage Meyer Bros mouthpiece for the alto sax. Originally a 5M, it was more recently opened to an 8, measuring now .088”. The piece looks fantastic despite its age, with no deep scratches or serious playing wear around its body. Amazingly, shows little discoloration/oxidation either. There's a very minor teeth indent in the beak (currently protected by a patch), and that's about the only wear of note. Reilly's work on the tip and rails looks fantastic, and the piece plays just as you want from a NY Meyer, with a strong response and big sound.
