Selmer Student Saxophone

This is a Selmer AS300 student saxophone in used condition, serial number 1330199. The Selmer AS300 is a great horn for the starting or serious progressing student saxophone player. It features comfortable modern key work to high F#.

The sax is in decent condition as it sits but does have the history of a lot of past use and some repair. At this time the sax is playing nicely down to a low Bb on its current set of pads. It looks like the last owner of the sax was having it lightly serviced as they went along. A few of the pads in the palm key stack have been replaced but the majority of the pads are old and are towards the end of their life span.

If you are wanting to do a lot of playing on this horn it is going to need to arguably be re-padded in the future but you might be able to keep it going with less work depending on how picky you and your repair tech are. At this time it is playing decently and our shop is very backed up so we are listing this saxophone at a much lower price point.
