This is a lot of 2 unique hard rubber alto saxophone mouthpieces.
The first hails from Czechoslovakia, but shows no other stamping. It is in excellent original condition with no major wear of note. Tip, rails, table, and beak all look great. The piece is stamped a # 5 just right of the table, and measures .085”, comparable to a modern # 8.
I’m not sure what brand the second piece originally was, as it has been worked on, and the refaced buffed off the name on the piece. I can just make out “New York” under the removed section. The piece shows moderate playing wear, mostly scratching around its body and some playing wear on the beak (though no indents or grooves). The piece measures as a modern 5 at .070”.
