Vintage Selmer Paris F for Alto
This is a very nice Selmer long shank hard rubber mouthpiece for alto saxophone in an F facing. The piece is in very nice condition from top to bottom. It does show some history of past play time but overall is in extremely solid condition with no major wear. The facing profile of the table, tip and side rails is very clean.
These pieces were manufactured after they Selmer stopped stamping “Solosist” across the table. They showcase very minimal baffle and a horse shoe shaping at their throat. This particular piece is an F facing measuring original with a tip opening of .087”.
