HELP, I Want One!

Beautiful Gold Inlays - 1904 HP and LP Options!
This is an early vintage C.G. Conn Symphony Model trombone in gorgeous silver plate, serial number #82404. This horn features the original slide, original high pitch and low pitch tuning slides, gold wash inner bell, and a gold inlay engraving on the bell exterior.

Physically this trombone is stunning, but with a few blemishes, there is a small dent in the bottom of the slide, silver plating on the slide is showing wear, the slide needs a bit of straightening to free up the action. After a flush, standard maintenance, oil, and a polish session this horn will be a fantastic player.

Sonically, this horn plays fairly dark with a compact, tight sound. Even with a 0.490-inch small bore you don't feel much resistance air wise, it's very nicely balanced for its age. The bell is a modest 7.5 inches and projection is very focused.

Because of a large backlog of repairs, Saxquest is going to offer this horn in as-is playing condition at a reduced cost. This horn is great for a collector or player looking for a narrow-bore vintage horn.
