This is an old vintage hard rubber Buffet Crampon Paris Qualité series mouthpiece for the bari sax. The hard rubber has oxidized with time but otherwise, the piece shows little physical wear. Typical playing wear/scuffing around the beak, but no teeth indents, and the tip, rails, and table all look great. This is a slim profile mouthpiece, similar to an old H Couf Artist. It measures comparable to a modern 5 at .091”.
