This is a vintage hard rubber Buffet Crampon Paris mouthpiece for the Bb clarinet. The person we got it from claimed it to be a Chedeville blank, but I don’t know enough about these pieces to confirm that. It is stamped a C Crown just to the right of the table and measures .054” (1.37mm). There are some ligature scratches right on top of its body, but no other wear of note. The hard rubber hasn’t oxidized much, and there are no teeth marks on the beak. Tip and rails are in pristine, like-new condition, and it all looks original. Comes with its original ligature and cap set.
