This is an older series hard rubber Selmer S80 C** mouthpiece for the alto sax. This piece shows moderate playing wear-and-tear from normal use. There’s a fair amount of scratching around its body and scuffing on the beak, but all is just cosmetic. Nothing that affects play. There are no grooves/teeth indents in the beak, and the tip and rails are in good shape. The facing appears to be original, with tip measuring .072”. A good piece for classical players wanting something just a bit more open than the standard C*, which allows you to use a slightly softer reed and still get a good response.
