This is an excellent condition metal Santy Runyon mouthpiece for the tenor sax. This piece feature a Berg-like design, with a slim body and bullet chamber. It is in tremendous shape with no major wear to speak of. No real finish wear, and no teeth wear on the beak. Honestly doesn’t look to have been played much. There’s some built-up grime on the inside of the piece that you could scrape away if you chose too (carefully, so as to not damage the piece), but that’s about it. The mouthpiece is stamped a 5 but measures larger, closer to a modern 6 at .090”.
