Berg Larsen
This is an older Berg Larsen 100/1M stainless steel mouthpiece for tenor saxophone. The piece is most likely from the late 1970's. Like a lot of the Bergs we get in this one has seen quite a bit of past use but is still in solid condition. The bite plate shows some normal wear but does not have any major tooth indentations. It does show signs it was worked on in the past. The table looks clean and there is plenty of definition around the tip and side rails.
The tip opening of the Berg currently measures closer to .090.” It plays with a easy medium warm color and crisp projection. If you are looking for a Berg to use with heavy reeds this one could be a very nice option.
