This is a very nice and lightly played New York Cafe Bros 7 for alto saxophone. These pieces are made in the spirit of vintage New York Meyers. They features a medium chamber with rounded inner side rails and a subtle roll over baffle. These are very versatile pieces and are great both big band and small ensemble work.
This particular mouthpiece is in nice shape and does not look like it has ever seen any major use in the past. The outer body, beak and shank are all in great shape. Its facing profile shows just a little bit of cosmetic wear from past use but nothing too serious. The side rails and tip are very clean and in good condition. The tip opening on this piece measures .084”.
