Lot of 2 Hard Rubber Meyer 5M Alto Sax Mouthpieces
This is a lot of 2 used Meyer 5M mouthpieces for the alto sax.
The first is in superb physical condition with no real playing wear of note. There are no deep scratches, no nicks/chips to the tip/rails/body, and the factory gold stamping remains crisp and clear with no fading. It comes with a gold lacquer 2 screw ligature and plastic cap, and ships in its original box. It is stamped a 5M with medium chamber, and measures .071”.
The second shows light playing wear, most notably some minor ligature scratches around its body and to either side of the table. No wear to the tip or rails, and no deep teeth indents in the beak. The hard rubber body shows only light oxidation. It too is a 5M medium chamber piece, all original, with tip measuring .069”. It comes with a nickel 2 screw ligature.
