This is an older Beechler Tuffite mouthpiece for the alto sax. There are no other markings on the mouthpiece, but it measures as a modern 7 at .080”. It shows moderate playing wear, including scratches around its body and some fairly deep grooves/teeth indents in the beak, as seen in the photos. Very minor little dings and nicks around the tip and rails but nothing that affects play.
