Broadus S4 for Tenor Sax
This is a vintage Steve Broadus Perfect Model S4 for tenor saxophone. These pieces were made on good, old hard rubber and feature a larger inner chamber with rounded inner side walls. The Broadus has virtually no baffle and is a very dark playing mouthpiece. This one is in nice physical condition showing normal cosmetic character for a piece its age. The tip opening on this piece measures .084”.
These pieces are best used in smaller and more subdued musical settings.
