Selmer Mark VI Soprano
This is a later vintage Selmer Paris Mark VI soprano saxophone in gold lacquer, serial number 246358. It is keyed to high F#. This instrument was owned and used professionally for many years by the previous owner. It shows a decent amount of play wear from years of use. The body tube and bell are both in good shape as is all of the original key work and neck venture.
This particular soprano is smooth in response and has a brilliant sound with crystal clear projection. It came into our shop playing on a mix match of older pads. It looks like the last owner of the sax had this one serviced a bit at a time over the years to keep it going. Because the sax is still playing at this time we are offering it in as is condition for a very reduced sales price. If you are planning on putting a lot of play time on it you are going to ideally want to overhaul it in the not too distant future.
