This is a vintage New York USA Meyer 4m medium chamber mouthpiece for alto saxophone. The tip opening measures .065". This piece is not super pretty at this point but overall is in good shape and has plenty to offer the next owner. The outer body shows some oxidation coloration of the hard rubber which is not uncommon on these pieces. Its beak is in good condition and does not have any super deep indentations from past use.

The facing profile of this piece is in decent condition but does show wear. A previous user looks like they also cleaned the inside of it a little too aggressively over a long period of time. That all being said the piece does play nicely as it is (with a stiffer reed, due the smaller facing). Due to the cosmetic condition and smaller facing this could be a good candidate for a reface if you have a preferred mouthpiece tech.
