It's big, it's warm, it's the Runyon Custom in a factory original...0? Made of black plastic, this alto sax mouthpiece is has a raised "0" marking and measures .093/2.36mm which is close to a Runyon 10.
The body is in generally good shape with some ligature marks and light scuffing. The table looks to have a bit of some residue, but otherwise it, the rails and the tip are great. The sound from this piece is a great, big, warm wall of sound. It's slightly bright, but never shrill, even at extreme dynamics. Subtone is easy and response is great.
No mouthpiece cap or ligature are included.
