Very rare Stentor hard rubber mouthpiece made by Selmer Paris. These pieces were made by Selmer at a time when they were producing their own Airflow mouthpiece, just before the Soloist short shank was introduced. It has the Airflow/Soloist style scroll shank, with a short body and almost oval-shaped chamber. Very warm and dark. The piece is stamped a C** on the table and measures .071”. I see no signs of refacing and it certainly looks all original. This is a fantastic mouthpiece for serious collectors, we don't see many of these pop up.
