HELP, I Want One!

This is a later vintage Selmer Paris Mark VI tenor saxophone, serial number 195498. This tenor is bargain priced to move quickly. If you don't care about looks and only care about the sound, this sax will not disappoint.

This tenor has been around the block, but is still in solid shape, and has recently been repadded too. Physically, the pictures tell the tale on this one. It has been relacquered and shows various signs of previous repairs, but is straight now. The neck is original to the horn. This tenor was repadded a couple years ago with premium white roo pads and oversized, slightly domed metal resonators. It will get our full pro set up before we ship it out, where we will check all the pads, clean the horn top to bottom, and replace aging material. We'll adjust out the springs and key heights so everything is optimal.

This is a true “player's horn,” perfect for the regular gigging saxophonist who doesn't want a cherry horn for fear of someone knocking it off the stand on stage. It takes your air well, has a lot of edge for the loud venue, and nice projection. This tenor is priced right and is a nice find for the pro player on a budget. Comes in its original case, which shows a fair amount of wear around the trim, but still has plenty to offer.
