Great price on a lightly used P Mauriat System 76 2^nd Edition alto sax, serial number PM0920913. This is the unlacquered model, featuring a bare brass body and keys, offering the player the best resonance and response possible. It is in excellent all-original shape top to bottom.

There's no physical flaws to find anywhere on this horn. No dents or dings, no resolders or repairs. It looks to have been lightly played and extremely well cared for. Bare brass horns can tarnish and change all kinds of colors over time, but this one still looks mostly factory. It received our full pro setup about a year ago, and the set up is holding well, but it will get a fresh once-over from our shop before shipping, just to make sure all is still tight and in perfect shape for its new owner.

This alto plays with a very fast response, with a modern, contemporary sound. While it has an overall warmer characteristic, it definitely isn't a dark horn.
