P, Mauriat 67RDK B Stock - Demo Pricing

The 67R model is an ideal instrument for anyone looking for the characteristics of a vintage Conn “Naked Lady” on a modern horn. The rolled tone holes of the 67R provide a wider, fuller seal and quieter key action. These saxophone are extremely free blowing and have a robust sonic character. Compared to the System 76 the 67 has a fatter sound with more punch. We have also found the DK (dark lacquer) models to be darker in color then the other lacquer finishes as well as the raw brass models.

This particular alto has been played on and used at multiple trade shows. It has never been owned or heavily played. This saxophone arrived from the factory with a imperfection on the lower lip of the low C# tone hole. The diameter touching the pad is true and level and the tone hole is in perfect working order despite not having a perfect cosmetic appearance.(picture 26 & 27) Because of this cosmetic imperfection we are able to offer this saxophone well below MAP pricing.

This sax was just completely adjusted in the Saxquest repair shop by Derick Tramel. All pads have been re-seated, and it has new key adjustment corks and felts throughout. He also optimized spring tensions and key heights, so that it feels like butter under your fingers.

This saxophone ships out in perfect playing condition with a Saxquest professional set up and a 1 year service warranty. It also includes original P. Mauriat carrying case.
