This is an old hard rubber Conn Standard Steelay mouthpiece for the Eb alto sax. The only wear of note is some ligature scratches right on top of its body, as seen in the photos. There is no other real playing wear to speak of. No teeth indents in the beak, and the original tip and rails are in flawless shape. The piece is stamped a 5 and measures .058”.
