This is a solid intermediate level flute for advancing students. This is an Armstrong 303 series flute, serial number 7157162, featuring a sterling silver headjoint with silver plated body and keys. It has French style, open holed keywork to low C and has an inline G. This is a great flute for younger players looking for their first open hole flute, or any hobbyist/part time player who wants a solid flute at a low price.

This flute shows no major dents or damage to any joint, and only minor cosmetic scratching here and there if you look very closely. No finish wear to the silver, even on the touch points. It is in beautiful physical condition from top to bottom. Pads are starting to get up there in years, so in order to get it to its next owner in perfect playing shape, it will go through our shop before shipping, where it will receive a fresh repad and adjustment.

This Armstrong flute plays very easily and comfortably, with a forgiving nature that would be great for younger players still working on their individual tone. Response is very nice and it plays with deep, warm tone.
