This is a vintage Conn 6M “Naked Lady” alto saxophone in original lacquer finish, serial number 300074. If you are looking for something fairly untouched you are going to be hard pressed to beat this alto. It has seen no previous repairs to the body or the neck. No dent work and no re-solders. The body tube, bow, bow cap, bell and original neck are all in amazing original condition. The pristine state of the body is perfectly complemented by the rich color of the original lacquer and crisp Naked Lady engraving.

The 6M received a professional restoration of all pads and materials in another pro shop just a few years ago. Its current set of premium leather pads and brown nylon resonators are in excellent condition and look like they have seen very little play time. We will also go through the horn once more and perform a set-up to ensure it ships out in perfect playing condition.

In addition to being a very pretty instrument this alto is also a fantastic player. It takes the air in quick while showing off a beautiful but powerful sound with crisp projection. This alto ships out in perfect playing condition with a fresh set-up from our shop and the original Conn wood hard case. The case is also in amazing condition.
