Very nice hard rubber model Lamberson alto sax mouthpiece. I'm torn on if this piece is original or not: it is stamped a 7M and while the facing has a clean, original-like look to it, it measures a bit more open at .090”. Whatever it is, it works well. This piece has a medium round chamber and just a bit of rollover baffle, giving you some bite. Physically the mouthpiece shows no real wear to speak of and has obviously been sparingly played.
