This is a very lightly used hard rubber Meyer mouthpiece for the alto sax. The piece shows only a handful of light scratches but no major wear of note, and honestly doesn’t look to have been played much. The factory gold stamping shows no major fading. It is stamped a 6M with medium chamber, but I measure it more open at .082”, though the facing does look original and untouched. The piece comes with original ligature and cap and in its original box.
