This is a great Keilwerth SX90R tenor sax in gold lacquer, serial number 119767. These are great gig pro horns. This one has seen plenty of paly time in the past but is in solid conditon and can now be purchased at a great price. It was serviced in our shop a little less then a year ago. It will be looked at once more before once sold to ensure it ships in perfect playing condition.

The pictures of the sax tell its stoy the best. It does have history of a healthy amount of past repair. There has been dent repair in a number of areas such as the in the bottom bow, bell flare, and bell-to-body brace.

The original neck is in fantastic shape, having never been pulled down or damaged. This saxophone was recently serviced in our shop where we did a pro set up on it. It has all new felts and corks. The pads and metal resonators are a mix of original and some new Valentino premium pads. The original pads are still very clean and have plenty of life left in them. We will also take a look at this horn once more before shipping to ensure it leaves our shop in perfect playing condition.

Most players drawn to the SX90R what a big, bold sound in the vein of the classic Super 20s, and this horn does not disappoint. It takes all of your air fast with little resistance, and responds quickly with a huge sound. It generates as much volume as you'll ever need, with a good edge that cuts well. It has everything you'd expect from a Keilwerth too, including rolled tone holes and adjustable palm keys. Killer horn for a great price.
