This is a classic hard rubber Selmer S80 series alto saxophone mouthpiece. Originally stamped a C (a bit smaller than the standard C*), it has been refaced at some point in its life and now measures .070”, or comparable to a C**. Still on the smaller side for sure, and pairs well with a harder reed. The mouthpiece shows typical scratching around its body and teeth scuffing on the beak, but no deep indentations there, and no wear that would affect play. A good classical mouthpiece for concert band.
