This is a classic hard rubber H Couf Artist series mouthpiece for the bari sax. This piece is stamped a 5*S and measures .090”. The mouthpiece is in very good shape, showing only cosmetic wear such as surface scuffs and scrapes, but no cracks, chips, or deep scratches. There’s some reside from past tape on one side of the piece, which I was afraid to scrape too hard to remove, for fear of scratching the mouthpiece. The facing is original and in excellent shape. This is a slimline piece and a cool entry level jazz mouthpiece.
