Lightly used H Couf “Special” alto saxophone mouthpiece. This piece is stamped a 3* and is all original with tip measuring .080”, or comparable to a modern 7. The original factory stamping is a bit faded from normal use, but the only real wear of note is some teeth indents (very light) on the beak. Tip, rails, and table are all in excellent shape. Comes with a standard 2 screw ligature.
