This is a very good condition Selmer Paris straight neck for the Series III soprano. The neck is in the traditional gold lacquer and is in solid shape. It has a couple little scratches, but no dents or major lacquer wear. It is in perfect working order. While designed for the Series III, it will fit some other modern sopranos as well. It has a tenon diameter of .667” (16.95mm), so you'll want to check your horn to see if it will fit before purchase.
