This is a used Claude Lakey “Apollo” mouthpiece for tenor saxophone in an 8* facing. These are rather hefty mouthpieces and play with a very crisp response to air flow. This one is in good shape showing some typical signs of past play wear but nothing too serious. The profile of the table, tip and side rails are all in good shape.
The tip opening of this mouthpiece measures a true 8* at .115”.
