This is Yanagisawa's top-tier AWO20 bronze series alto sax, serial number 00400966. This alto is only very lightly used and in tremendous shape. It is one of the sweetest playing altos you'll find and an excellent choice for players in the concert band/classical setting.

This alto looks impeccable, with no major lacquer wear of note and no dents/dings/previous repairs. The sax is complete with original neck (with underslung octave key) and has all the bells and whistles of a top shelf professional model alto. Pads are still in like-new condition with no real wear of note, and the sax will go through our shop for a fresh pro set up before shipping. We'll clean and hand polish the body and keys, and clean and reseat pads as needed.

This AWO20 plays with one of the cleanest, purest tones around. The bronze body adds resonance and color, creating an easy-blowing and comfortable experience. Intonation is superb and the sax's response is quick and precise. If you are all about ease of play and won't hamper you, this alto will fit the bill. Comes in its original Yani case.
