50s Vintage Selmer Soloist Short Shank C* Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece

This is a beautiful condition Selmer Soloist mouthpiece for the tenor sax. This is one of the earlier “short shank” models, the piece from the late SBA/early “5 digit” Mark VI era. Despite its age, it is in fantastic shape with only mild playing wear from over the years. The beak and table is flawless, and much of the factory stamping remains crisp with little fading. There is one very tiny nick in the left rail, but doesn't dig all the way through, and doesn't seem to affect play. The facing is original, with the original C* facing measuring .071”.
