This is a mid-1950s vintage Conn 10M tenor saxophone, serial number 619318. This tenor features the iconic “naked lady” engraving. While it isn't a pre-war 10M with rolled tone holes, it is still a great horn for the money, and features new pads throughout.

This tenor is pretty straight. The original lacquer shows typical wear of a horn that's been played out in the real work, but no major dent work or previous repairs to the body. The bell flare once had a bend which has been corrected, and there's some past dent work on the original neck, which was done very well. The neck is straight now and has the proper curve. Pads are in like-new condition with seamless metal domed resonators, and the sax will get a check-up from our repair shop before shipping, where we'll make sure it is properly sealing before going out.

This tenor takes your air well and plays with a good edge/projection. It cuts well when you push a lot of air through it! This is a solid tenor that can be had without breaking the bank. Ships in a like-new Reunion Blues leather gig bag.
