This is a good vintage Woodwind Co. New York “Sparkle-Aire” mouthpiece for the tenor sax. This is a quality vintage hard rubber mouthpiece, and is in the original B4 facing. While definitely a small tip opening by today's standards (tip measures .055”), it is a nice playing piece with a big, warm sound, thanks to a fat large chamber. There is also plenty of room at the tip if you wanted to have it opened later. Physically the mouthpiece is in great shape, some light oxidation on the surface but no major physical wear, even very little in the way of surface scratching.
