This is a vintage Geoff Lawton metal tenor saxophone mouthpiece. This piece is stamped a 7B and measures about .102”. Very hard to tell if it is original, but the facing looks very clean. The mouthpiece shows mild playing wear on the original black bite plate, and finish wear around its body typical of a mouthpiece that has been played regularly, but no serious physical wear like cracks or nicks to the metal. The B chamber gives a little more brilliance and depth to your sound. Comes with its original ligature and cap.
