Product ID: 719719Super20Tenor
This is a cool, very late vintage King Super 20 tenor saxophone, serial number 719719. By my best guess, this tenor was made in the early 90's, a very late production Super 20. It is in original lacquer and available for a bargain price.
As you can see in the photos, the horn is pretty straight, and the original lacquer coverage still in great shape. The sax has a couple minor dings and dents in the tube, but no serious past trauma and no resoldered joints. It is missing the low Eb keyguard, but the other two low keyguards are there. The bottom bow curve and cap are perfect with no previous damage, as is the bell flare.
This sax is currently sitting in very old pads, most likely original to the horn. It definitely needs a repad before you can do any serious playing, some of the pads are even torn in the upper register. If you have an at-home bench or have a trusted tech to do a cheap, fairly straight pad job, this sax can be back in playing shape for a low total price. It does come in its original case.
